Returns Policy

 

• House e-liquid – No refunds or exchanges.
• Batteries – Exchanges limited to within 30 days of order for manufacturer defects only.
• Hardware – Exchanges limited to within 7 days for defective hardware. You must include the original, labeled packaging for proof of purchase.
